Terms of Use

Fliptastic is distributed through the App Store and is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, plus the terms below.

1. Licence

Fliptastic is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in full. These terms supplement it.

2. Your content

  • You keep all rights to the photos, videos, music and text you bring into Fliptastic, and to the videos you export.
  • We claim no ownership over anything you create and we do not receive a copy of it. Your media is processed on your device.
  • You are responsible for holding the rights to any content you use, including music. Adding a copyrighted track to a video you publish may infringe the rights holder’s copyright.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Fliptastic to create or distribute material that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that depicts the sexual exploitation of minors. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Fliptastic Premium subscription

  • Fliptastic Premium is an auto-renewing subscription offered at $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year. Prices are shown in your local currency inside the app and may vary by territory.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us. Requests go through Apple’s refund process.

5. Previous purchases

Content bought before Fliptastic moved to a subscription model remains unlocked on the Apple ID that purchased it. Individual packs are no longer sold. Use Restore Purchases in the app’s Settings if previously purchased content does not appear.

6. Third-party content

Stock photography is provided through Pexels and is subject to the Pexels licence. Theme songs included with Fliptastic are licensed for use in videos you create with the app.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features over time, and may end support for older versions of iOS. We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Fliptastic is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or of created videos. Keep your own backups of anything important. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data is collected and how it is handled.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
